Westlake High School Certamen Competition


Our school hosted a Certamen competition for other schools in the Austin area. The intermediate team took 2nd place with 260 points, and the advanced team placed 1st with 435 points. Congrats!

Club members spent Sunday, the day before Halloween at the UT Union Underground bowling alley. We played pool, had lots of fun, and enjoyed pizza and cupcakes.

State Convention

Westlake placed 5th overall, with 489 sweepstakes points. Isabella Zou was also elected 1st Vice President to the TSJCL Executive Board. 

The WHS Latin Club placed 5th in state, with 489 points overall. 70 club members participated. Woohoo!
